Sergio joined Kelly Paper as a store associate in 1992, and went on to manage both the Culver City and Cerritos stores. He moved to Kelly’s IT Department in 2002, leading several key technology upgrades for the company, including in the warehouse. Sergio transitioned to Kelly’s Purchasing Department in 2008, overseeing the company’s new centralized buying and merchandising programs for 50 retail stores and 160 sales reps. Sergio was promoted to General Manager, Purchasing in 2012, adding Spicers Paper to his responsibilities. He also continues to act as a Category Manager for both companies, focusing on Digital, Graphics and Sign and Display.
