Rod has been in the paper business for over 39 years, working entirely with Kelly Paper. He began working in the retail store program when Kelly had just eight locations throughout Southern California. Rod grew through the Kelly store management program, first as a District Manager then as Store Operations Manager in 1993. In that role, Rod was instrumental in identifying new territories for the Kelly retail model expansion, involved in opening 30 of the current 40 Kelly Store locations. In 2012, he moved into a Regional Manager position, working closely with the stores and customers to ensure Kelly Paper continues to evolve and align with the ever-changing business environment of our customers. In 2015 Rod moved into the roll of Vice President in charge of Sales and Store Operations, continuing to work with the Stores Managers and District Managers to ensure Kelly Paper provides the highest level of service possible to our Customers.
